It is well known that the best way to learn something is by experiencing it personally. In my elementary school, there was one old chemistry professor who would just read some boring formulas and different chemical elements in every chemistry class. It was hard not falling asleep during that boring experience, and of course, no one of us did love chemistry. Luckily for us at the end of that school year, he retired, and we got a new young teacher. His chemistry class I will remember for my whole my life, same as all things he taught us. All that explosions, mixing of different powders and chemicals in all colors in our hands was something that made chemistry our favorite class.

Tens of thousands of years human race was learning everything about the world surrounding them from direct experience, simply because there was no writing system and alphabet. We evolved that way and no matter how good and interesting any book is it can never be compared to direct human experience. In the 21st century, we are experiencing great changes in many segments of our lives.
